The closer the data points come to the straight diagonal line, the greater the correlation between the two testing methods. The algorithm’s performance improved for both test methods as EPG counts increased. Top: Lin’s concordance correlation coefficient (CCC) for Group 2 samples was calculated as 0.955, indicating substantial agreement.
