The levels of specific IgG antibodies in the serum and abomasal mucosa of goats were measured. A Serum IgG antibodies against rHcTPS protein in the Quin-A adjuvant control group and the rHcTPS protein immunized group were detected by ELISA. B Specific IgG antibodies against the rHcTPS protein were detected by ELISA in abomasum mucosa of the Quil-A adjuvant control group and rHcTPS immunized group. C Serum IgG antibodies against the rHcGOB protein in the Quin-A adjuvant control group and the rHcGOB protein immunized group were detected by ELISA. D Specific IgG antibodies against the rHcGOB protein were detected by ELISA in abomasum mucosa of the Quil-A adjuvant control group and the rHcGOB immunized group.
