Three genes were used to construct the phylogenetic tree: the 18S rRNA gene (A), ITS1-5.8S rRNA-ITS2 gene (B), and EF-1α gene (C). Bayesian posterior probabilities > 0.7 or bootstrap percentages > 50% from 1000 replicates are shown. The outgroup used for rooting trees included Leptomonas bifurcata (accession no. DQ910925.1), Trichonympha sp. (accession no. AF023622.1), and Histomonas meleagridis (accession no. JX963670.1)
